Casita is a set of free web-based mortgage, affordability, amortization, and closing-cost calculators. The service is provided without user accounts, without subscription fees, and without purchases.
2. Acceptance of these terms
Using Casita — loading any page on casitacalc.com or running any calculator — constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
3. No financial advice
The numbers Casita shows are educational estimates. Casita is not a lender, not a broker, not registered with the CFPB, FINRA, SEC, the state banking departments, nor any other financial regulator, and does not provide investment, legal, tax, or loan advice.
Real loan offers depend on your lender's underwriting, your credit profile, property appraisal, insurance requirements, and fees that we cannot see from here. Always verify with a licensed loan officer before you sign a binding offer.
4. Affiliate disclosure

The code, design, editorial copy, and graphics of the site are owned by Casita or its authors. You may share screenshots and short quotes with attribution. You may not reproduce the site or reuse the editorial copy commercially without written permission.
Underlying math and public market data (rates from Freddie Mac, FRED, HMDA, etc.) belong to their original sources and are used under their open licenses.
6. Limitation of liability
Casita is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casita, its operator, and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits — arising from your use of the site or from any financial decision made in reliance on its calculations.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence, nor any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
7. Privacy and cookies
Use of the site is also governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
8. Changes to the service
We may update calculators, add or retire tools, and refresh underlying datasets. Material changes to these terms will be announced for 30 days in the site footer.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without reference to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers based in the United States retain their mandatory state-level consumer protection rights. Disputes may be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain, or — where applicable — to your local consumer protection tribunal.
